i used to play guild wars (like a year ago) and now i want to play again, my username password or this new character name thing is preventing me from logging on, i opened a ticket for help with the problem but they havnt responded at all. is there a way to tell if i have a ncsoft account through my email? and what are the chances of getting my account back? i bought trilogy and i have the box and everything, maybe a code on the box or something will verify that i own the game?Guild Wars Recovery problem?
If you have the original keycode that you used to create the account, you should be ok. You'll just need to give that info to support to prove that you own the account. However they are closed on the weekend so don't expect an answer before Monday.
If you have any old screenshots still on your computer you can probably get a character name from them.
