Having problems installing Guild Wars?

Just bought the GW Trilogy but I can't install the game for the life of me. When I start it up it does two quick downloads then freezes before installing the game. All I can see is my desktop with a GW icon, but I can't click it because my computer is frozen.

So, any tips?Having problems installing Guild Wars?
Make sure you meet the minimum specs on the gamebox before attempting to install it. Especially the memory and graphics card requirements.

If you think your computer should be good enough to handle it, then it's possibly a disk error. You don't need the disks to install the game though. You can download a full client off the guildwars website. The only important thing in the gamebox is the keycodes for the account.Having problems installing Guild Wars?
Last time that happened to me I took the entire set back with the wrapper and receipt and switched it for another one at the store. It was the disc. I had a different game tho, which I obviously brought face to face, not online. Check that you have more than enough memory before you try to put it on another time after you switch them.
