Both my ncsoft account and guildwars account use the same email, on my ncsoft account "my account" shows only my aion free trial account and not guildwarsWhy isn't my guildwars account linked to my ncsoft account?
A Guild Wars account would only show up on your NCsoft account if you linked it to the account. This would have happened one of two ways: 1) you created the Guild Wars account through your NCsoft account (which means it would have an "@ncsoft" as the log in suffix) or 2) The account was integrated onto your NCsoft Master account through a purchase from the Guild Wars In-Game Store.
