In guild wars, can i transfer my character between campaigns?

I just bought the trilogy + Eye of the north, started a campaign with a ranger/elementalist on the original campaign.



What i was wondering was when i start on factions, can i transfer my character over?In guild wars, can i transfer my character between campaigns?
Yes, you can move from one "chapter" to the other.you have to complete a quest for a NPC before he will transfer you

You might want to see if getting a ferry to the Consulate Docks will open the quests for you. If not, then the best I can say is to hurry up and do the main quest/mission line.
