Question about NCSoft and Guild Wars?

I know this isn't an NCSoft Forum, but their support service is so terrible I thought I'd try my luck on Yahoo.



I recently digitally purchased the Guild Wars Trilogy from NCSoft. My purchase was confirmed. Following the steps, it asks me to either link an account or create a new one. Since I am new, I clicked the bullet to create a new account. It asks me for a username and a password, to which I choose appropriately to satisfy NCSoft's requirements. I click on the button to confirm, and then the page acts as if it is loading. After a minute or two, it tells me the server is busy and that I should try again in a few minutes.



I've tried using iexplorer and Firefox. Both failed. I tried to download the client and create an account--but it requires a serial number. I tried searching my NCSoft account for a serial number (which the online description clearly says is an included item in the purchase). The closes thing I get to a serial number is a XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXX-LASTFEWNUMBERS. That doesn't help.



Anyone else run into this issue and was able to resolve it?Question about NCSoft and Guild Wars?
That serial number is close, but each segment is only 5 characters long. Check again if you typed it right. And does the it say the "server is busy" all the time? Just wait an hour or two and try again.



I have guild wars and I got mine from direct2drive. The serial is shown on my account on their website, and I punched it in when I was creating an account in game.
